Philosophy

My passion is to apply my experience and personal skills to help small businesses reach their full potential in business performance, organizational performance and individual growth. Establishing trust, obtaining management commitment, and acceptance as part of the management team through personal involvement are critical to this end. Creation of a dynamic strategic and business management discipline is the driving principle behind my work and any company's ability to more effectively capture opportunity and manage business risks.
